Privacy policy

• Your account: email, name, profile picture, and preferred language.
• Your financial records: transactions with their amounts, dates, categories and notes; the wallets and bank accounts you create; and your budgets, debts, instalments, savings goals and shopping lists.
• Receipts: any receipt image you upload, stored against the transaction you attached it to.
• Contacts: the names you add to track debts, and the amounts owed between you and them.
• Sharing: the email addresses of people you invite to your wallets, and the access level you gave each of them.
• Session data: IP address and browser, so you can sign out other devices.
• Subscription: your plan, its status and renewal date. Card details never pass through our servers and are never stored by us.

Payments are processed entirely by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every purchase. Card details are entered inside Paddle’s own checkout window; Paddle handles billing, tax and invoicing. We receive only your subscription status back from them.

• Download all your data from your profile page.
• Permanently delete your account from your profile — this removes everything above and cannot be undone.

We do not sell your data. Your wallets are shared only with people you explicitly invite, at the access level you choose.

When you use an AI feature, only the data that feature needs is sent to Anthropic (our LLM provider):

• Auto-categorize: the transaction note and your category list
• Smart insights: your current-month totals and top categories (no per-transaction detail)
• Receipt scanner: the receipt image you took
• Chat assistant: the question you ask, plus the specific data the assistant needs to answer it

Requests fall under Anthropic’s standard 30-day retention.

You can disable AI features anytime from the More screen.

Signed-in screens show ads from Google AdSense to keep the free tier free. AdSense may set cookies to serve and measure those ads. It does not receive your transactions, receipts, or account contents — only standard information like your IP address, approximate location, and the page you're on.

You can turn off personalized ads at Google's Ad Settings.

Ads on this site are governed by Google's advertising policies.

Pro subscribers see no ads.
